Secure Online Payments

You can feel safe providing your credit card number and personal information on cishipping.com. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security system, which is widely accepted as the Internet security standard. When you submit your private information, it is encrypted, meaning your information is encoded and secure as it travels across the Internet.

General Refunds Policy

Refunds are given for Name Reservations of a Vessel, if the name of the vessel is not approved by the Director of Shipping. The refund will be credited to the credit card with which your payment was made.

Receipts

For every payment submitted through cishipping.com you will receive a receipt confirmation online. In addition, you will receive a receipt by email. We recommend that you print and save the receipt for your reference. For your security, we will only send your receipt to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your receipt.
